About the role
The main focus of this role will be helping keep our modern fleet of Prime movers, earthmoving equipment and all mechanical equipment operational and serviced, maintained and repaired as needed in accordance with requirements.

Duties
- Support the Finance Manager and all operational divisions with administrative duties
- Making sure Invoicing is completed in a timely and accurate manner
- Making sure Customers are set up correctly in the system
- Making sure all Value added services are captured prior to completing Invoicing
- Working with Line Managers and Admin team to understand job categories and specific Client requirements
- Data entry, filing, preparation of adhoc reports
- Collecting client information and follow up actions from clients and debtors
- Invoicing and some payroll calculation aspects.
- Assist with balance sheet and accounts
- Assist and support accounts payable and receivables and take action as required
- Assist and support payroll as required
- Working as a team across all sections of the business
- Act within company and legislative SHE requirements at all times and promote safe working practices across all departments and teams
About You
- Sound computer knowledge and able to pick up new computer systems quickly
- Reliable, team player, with a can-do attitude
- Ability to multitask and prioritise projects and activities
- Outstanding attention to detail, time management, and organisation skills
- Focused and compliant with all safe work practices
- Excellent communication skills both written and oral
- Flexible approach with strong business acumen
- Tertiary education (preferred but not required)
- Experience in Finance (preferred)
